Facade contractor Lindner Prater has been convicted of health and safety breaches after the death of a man hit by a window falling from a newly built tower block in London. Meanwhile, design engineer Wintech and architect Foster + Partners were cleared of the charges against them in relation to the case. A Foster + Partners spokesperson said: “Our thoughts remain with Mr Ferris’s family, as they have since October 2018. Our thoughts remain with them at this time.” St James Group Ltd and Lindner Prater Ltd will be sentenced at Inner London Crown Court on 24 September 2026.
