Birthright citizenship and its money-grubbing offshoot, birth tourism, has been a problem in this country for decades. White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller outlines birthright citizenship executive orders: "That practice of birth tourism is, as of this signing of this order, hereby banned."
