Eighteen people sustained injuries after a passenger bus overturned at Adele-Kpoe on the Tema–Akosombo Highway on Wednesday, August 5. According to the Service, the bus suffered a front tyre burst while in motion, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The impact left 18 occupants injured, with one passenger trapped inside the wreckage. Emergency responders extricated the trapped victim before all the injured were transported to the Akuse Government Hospital for medical treatment.
