French beauty chain Aroma-Zone to be acquired by Swiss investor

The Swiss investment fund Partners Group announced Thursday that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire the French natural beauty and wellness brand Aroma-Zone from the holding company Eurazeo.
Expanding into new marketsThe current owner, Eurazeo, is expected to retain a significant minority stake in Aroma-Zone even after the transaction, the Swiss fund reported, without disclosing further details.
Key priorities for Partners Group include scaling up Aroma-Zone’s platform to make its products available to more consumers, investing in product innovation, and expanding into existing and new markets.
Since 2021, Aroma-Zone has tripled its revenue and expanded its customer base to more than 5 million, the announcement added.
According to its website, the retailer currently has 43 brick-and-mortar stores, only two of which are located outside France: one in Brussels (since 2022) and one in London.
