Recently, Arnel Rosales, a Facebook user, shared photos and videos showing the food cart occupying part of the space where local youth usually gather for recreational activities. According to Rosales, the area near the post office in Silay City, Negros Occidental, has long served as a practice spot for young athletes. He questioned why one particular food cart was placed directly in the section where the youth usually practice. Rosales added that the group had even offered to help watch over the vendor’s food cart while practicing nearby.
