The San Antonio Philharmonic has settled several legal disputes.
Wood and Holt had sued the orchestra for failing to repay a $150,000 loan used to secure a collection of orchestral instruments and the music library of the former San Antonio Symphony.
Once the payment is made, the lawsuits will be permanently dismissed.
The agreement does not resolve the separate dispute with the San Antonio Scottish Rite Library and Museum.
The two organizations had planned to jointly own the Scottish Rite Hall and renovate it as the orchestra’s permanent home, but they disagree on whether the orchestra has met its financial obligations.
