Credit: Panattoni UKIndustrial real estate developer Panattoni has filed a hybrid planning application for Panattoni Park Maidstone, a proposed 1.04 million square feet logistics and industrial complex in Lenham, Kent. Detailed plans have been put forward for the initial stage, involving the construction of two units measuring 100,000ft² and 150,000ft². Property agents Colliers, CBRE, and Vail Williams have been appointed for the marketing of Panattoni Park Maidstone. At Kent, Panattoni also completed Panattoni Park Aylesford, a redeveloped brownfield site, which is now fully occupied.
