Our athletics year in review for Keota, Sigourney, Highland and Hillcrest continues with a look back on winter sports and hoops for all four school’s boys and girls teams. Miller led Class 1A in assists, and was 10th in steals, setting new program records in career assists, assists in a season, assists per game and most assists in a single game. As a team, the Huskies led Class 1A in rebounds per game. Highland was fourth in 1A in steals per game with Fink placing second. The Keota boys basketball team went 15-7 last season, with a 10-6 mark for a fourth place finish in the South Iowa Cedar League.
