That experience stayed with her, eventually leading her into the field and onto the higher apprenticeship scheme at South West Hearing Care. Ms Kendall began with the company as a receptionist in February 2023 and quickly progressed to a hearing care assistant. She started her apprenticeship in September 2024 and has since qualified as a hearing aid audiologist. Her new qualification also enhances the clinical team at South West Hearing Care, helping to increase patient appointments and maintain the company’s reputation for thorough, individualised care.
