Wiltshire Police have issued a section 35 dispersal order around the former Avon Tyres factory in Melksham. The section 35 order will give police officers the power to disperse anyone from the site suspected of engaging in antisocial behaviour. A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are implementing a section 35 dispersal order around Avon Tyres in Melksham following repeated reports of antisocial behaviour at the site. The area where the section 35 dispersal order is in place. “A dispersal order has now been implemented.
