Recent expansion projects by ADM and Artisans Inc. highlight continued growth in the Kentucky manufacturing base and the state’s appeal for both established global companies and growing domestic manufacturers. ADM is expanding its food and beverage manufacturing capacity with a $16 million investment of the company’s Northern Kentucky facility, with plans to create 40 jobs there. “I want to thank ADM for reinvesting in Kentucky, creating new jobs in the Northern Kentucky region and growing their presence in the commonwealth,” said Gov. ADM came to Northern Kentucky in 2014 through the company’s acquisition of WILD Flavors and currently employs more than 1,300 workers at various regional facilities.
