A recent gathering of the Winchester Cultural Collective, organised by Visit Winchester - part of Winchester City Council - brought together leaders, practitioners and partners from across the sector for collaboration and artistic showcases. The collective supports the delivery of the city council's Winchester District Cultural Strategy, published in 2024, which outlines a shared vision for cultural development in the district through to 2030.
