A tribute to the late artist will be on display at the Open Studio event at St Mary's Chapel Hall in Kings Worthy, created by artists from the Strange Times Quest Community art group. Led by Liz Petley-Jones, the group has painted a colourful summer landscape in Hockney’s trademark style as the backdrop for a colourful butterfly display. The display will be a highlight of the group’s Open Studio exhibition, which will feature work from 50 artists. The exhibition will run from Friday, August 28 to Monday, August 31, and will be open from 10am to 4pm each day.
