Developers of the Neshion Energy Park, which would be built beside Sullom Voe Terminal, lodged their application with the Scottish government yesterday (Thursday). Energy developments have faced considerable criticism in Shetland with many opponents saying they failed to provide meaningful benefits to the communities which host them.
