Michelle Dobbin, 49, of Woodlands Avenue, Wheatley Hill, appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court on August 4. Dobbin pleaded guilty to four offences relating to incidents on February 6 in Chester-le-Street and Peterlee. Dobbin admitted driving a Suzuki Swift on Sixth Avenue without due care and attention and failing to stop when required by a Constable in uniform. For driving over the alcohol limit, Dobbin received a 52-month ban from driving with an interim disqualification starting July 6. For driving while disqualified, she was banned for 18 months and fined £320.
