Klaipėda is opening a three-day summer market on Friday, August 7, bringing Lithuanian food producers, designers, artisans and visitors together beside the Danė River.
The market is the fourth edition of the Klaipėda Summer Market.
Rather than separating shopping, eating and entertainment into different venues, the summer market places them within one walkable waterfront setting.
Location: the Danė River waterfront near the Fisherman’s Monument and Danė Square in Klaipėda.
For Klaipėda, the market offers a compact showcase of the city’s summer character: maritime surroundings, regional food, practical design and an easygoing public gathering.
