Music catalogue of the defunct P-Square group has recorded a resurgence on Nigeria’s Apple Music Albums Chart. According to music chart platform, Album Talks HQ, the duo’s compilation album, Best of P-Square, climbed to mumber100 on the Nigeria Apple Music Albums Chart, rising 87 places. The platform also reported that Get Squared and Game Over re-entered the chart at number 173 and number 182, respectively. Our correspondent reports that the renewed interest in the group’s catalogue comes amid renewed public attention surrounding the latest war of words between the P-Square duo-Peter and Paul. P-Square rose to prominence in the early 2000s and became one of Africa’s biggest music groups, releasing some timeless hits, including ‘Bizzy Body’, ‘Do Me,’ ‘Game Over’ and ‘Alingo’.
