ESSEX property group, Beresfords, has strengthened its reputation for outstanding customer service after its lettings division was named a Trusted Agent 2026 Platinum winner, placing it among the top 2% of estate agent offices in the UK. The recognition was announced this month by Trusted Agent, powered by ViewAgents, following a nationwide benchmark of more than 20,000 UK estate agent offices. A further 600 offices achieved Gold status, placing them within the top 5%, while those within the top 10% achieved Trusted Agent recognition.
