(Courtesy Navya Tuteja) Navya Tuteja’s mom is hard of hearing, but when she was younger, she didn’t really understand what that meant. “Raaha obviously begins with neurodivergent job seekers, because they bear the greatest cost when information is missing,” Tuteja said. They were searching for a computer science job, and the site “really helped them figure out if it’ll suit their environment.”
