Bhubaneswar: A search and rescue operation was launched on Friday after two individuals went missing while bathing in the Kuakhai River near Indrapala, under Balianta police limits on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. Due to elevated water levels and strong currents, both individuals were unexpectedly swept away by the water flow. ADVERTISEMENTOn being informed, teams from the local police and Odisha Fire Services rushed to the spot to initiate a search and rescue operation. Rescue personnel have deployed power boats to trace the missing individuals. As of the latest updates, rescue workers have not yet traced the missing persons.
