The “For Sale” sign had been up since November last year, and the closing sales started back in January.
Now, the iconic Toys ‘R’ Us location on Fairway Road is officially closed.
A sign on the door read, “To our loyal customers, THANK YOU for your support, kindness and trust.
It has been our privilege to serve this community, and we are truly grateful for the memories we’re shared!
Dozens of Toys “R’ Us locations have already been closed including the location at the Stone Road Mall in Guelph.
