GAIL’s today celebrates the Craft Community, a network of farmers, growers and producers whose long-term partnerships have helped develop more than 50 products over the last 18 months, while reducing waste, supporting regenerative and responsible farming practices, and strengthening local food economies across Britain. Today, approximately 15p in every £1 spent at GAIL’s is invested through businesses that form part of its Craft Community.
