A wedding at the Supreme Court was briefly interrupted after attendees were told to evacuate the building due to shaking caused by an offshore earthquake on Friday morning, August 7.
The quake was also felt by some residents in Metro Manila.

According to reports, the bride’s parents said the wedding ceremony had already concluded before attendees were asked to leave the premises.
Couples may hold civil weddings at the Supreme Court, where any incumbent Supreme Court justice is authorized to solemnize a marriage ceremony.
