John Householder promoted to SVP, chief risk officer at First Community Bank

First Community Bank has promoted John Householder to senior vice president and chief risk officer. In his role, Householder leads the bank’s enterprise risk management program, overseeing the identification, assessment and mitigation of risk across the organization. “I am honored by the confidence First Community Bank has placed in me through this promotion,” Householder said. Householder joined First Community Bank in 2025 following more than 28 years with the Arkansas State Bank Department. “His commitment to strengthening our risk management program while supporting the bank’s strategic goals has been invaluable.
