Dog owners have a chance to let their four-legged friends cool off at the Maryville Aquatic Center next Monday. The Dog Day at the Pool event runs from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is $5 per person and $5 per dog. Owners must show a City of Maryville dog tag or a current rabies tag for dogs from outside city limits. Proceeds will benefit the New Nodaway Humane Society.
