A place in the People’s HistoryThe recording follows an invitation to contribute to Sandy Denny: A People’s History, which Sandy Denny’s daughter, Georgia Rose Lucas, compiled. The book gathers more than 200 memories from people who saw Sandy Denny perform, met her or came to her work later. Her publicists say the invitation reflects the standing Sorrel Nation has built within the folk community.
