The Calcutta High Court on Thursday directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to speed up its fresh probe into the R.G. Dissatisfied with the CBI's investigation, the victim's family approached the Calcutta High Court, which ordered a fresh probe by the central agency. During Thursday's hearing, the bench observed that the new CBI investigation appeared to be influenced by the earlier probe.
