The new ground sits immediately south of the company’s existing tenure, following the high-grade geological system controlled by the Tassa Fault which underpins its Tassa project.
Previous drilling delivered a 60-metre hit grading 224.2 grams per tonne (g/t) silver from just 24m downhole, which included a higher-grade 16m section at 383g/t silver.
Another hole returned 24m at 291 g/t silver from 24m, with a 2m section going a bonanza 2410g/t silver.
Other notable silver results include 12m at 174.66g/t silver from 164m, and 37m at 113.5 g/t silver from 154m.
The project also boasts historical gold intercepts including a broad 234m assaying 0.25 g/t gold from 200m and a shallower 16m intercept grading 1.5 g/t gold from 102m.
