West Midlands Police put out the call to try and locate the man, who also has links to Wolverhampton. The man, Nicholas Kane is currently currently has no fixed address and is wanted by police. Police are appealing for information. A West Midlands Police Spokesperson said: "If you see him or know where he is, call 999 quoting crime number 20/350746/26."
