This is not simply a routine expansion of credit, but an economic renaissance carved out in steel, stone, and asphalt. According to official calculations based on Central Bank data, total credit allocations by banks and non-bank credit organizations to the real sector reached 34.600 billion manats as of July 1. This overall indicator reflects an annual expansion of 3.8 billion manats, representing a solid growth rate of 12.5 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2025. Simultaneously, credit allocations to the transport and communications sector expanded by 31.3 percent, or 593.3 million manats, reaching a total volume of 2.489 billion manats. Combined, these two critical infrastructure sectors absorbed nearly 4.9 billion manats in financial backing, recording growth rates that vastly outpaced the broader economic average.
