Cambridgeshire County Council has formally proposed a 30mph speed limit on the B1098 between a point 300 metres north-east of the Stonea crossing - dubbed one of the country's most bashed bridges - and 450 metres south-west of the underpass. People have until August 26 to have their say on the proposals via the county council's website.
