Tammy Banks is now at the forefront of an initiative backed by the Department for Education to transform careers guidance across England. Ms Banks said: "Careers advisers make a difference every single day, helping young people to recognise their strengths and open doors to opportunities that can shape the rest of their lives." The company has been selected to design and deliver a new national continuing professional development (CPD) programme for careers advisers in England, following a competitive tender process. The training will be delivered by facilitators with personal and/or professional lived experience of the challenges facing many young people. The training programme is set to launch in October and will be available free of charge.
