The Ior Gboko Foundation has applauded Nigerian music legend and Benue indigene, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface, for taking meaningful steps to support victims of violent attacks in his home state through humanitarian intervention and youth empowerment initiatives. The planned outreach is aimed at delivering relief materials and providing much-needed support to thousands of victims displaced by persistent herdsmen attacks in the state. Reacting to the development, the Ior Gboko Foundation described the initiative as timely and commendable, saying it reflects the commitment of a distinguished son of the soil to give back to his people after attaining international acclaim through music. The Foundation noted that Tuface’s intervention aligns with its own vision of promoting community development, humanitarian service and youth empowerment across Benue State. It also facilitated the installation of electricity transformers in Gboko South and the GRA area, while similar projects are currently underway in Gboko East and Agedam.
