Lindsey Buckingham‘s alleged stalker has been ruled unfit to stand trial. Prosecutors have claimed that Dick frequently made unwanted contact with Buckingham between October 2021 to March 2026. In court filings, Buckingham claimed that Dick told police that he was her father and accused him of “suffocating her as a child”. Now, Judge Robert S. Harrison has told Dick that she is not “trial-competent” or “able to handle your case”. Last year, the duo reissued their 1973 album ‘Buckingham Nicks’, making it publicly available for the first time since its original release.
