With this week's AEW Dynamite being a Grand Slam Mexico special from the legendary Arena Mexico, Andrade won a triple-threat match against Tommaso Ciampa and Komander to earn the number one spot in All In's Casino Gauntlet. Of course, the winner of that Casino Gauntlet will get themselves a shot at the AEW World Championship. As El Idolo celebrated his win by addressing the Mexico City crowd, he was attacked by the returning MJF, with Max having his Triple B version of the AEW World Title with him, which he hit Andrade with before taking back the Dynamite Diamond Ring.
