Finn LincolnHastings, N.Y. - A severely disabled woman kept in a filthy, 100-degree shed in Oswego County was likely only a couple days away from death when rescued, state troopers said Friday. With an elderly woman taking care of a vulnerable 46-year-old disabled woman, he said these calls weren’t necessarily surprising. The disabled woman was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital to treat a medical condition after the July 23 call, he said. Traub was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and released on her own recognizance.
