WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Arts Council of Wilmington and New Hanover County is accepting applications for the North Carolina Arts Council Artist Support Grants for the 2026-27 fiscal year. The grants provide funding to artists in all disciplines for projects that advance their professional artistic careers. The Artist Support Grant program is administered through a partnership between the Arts Council of Wilmington & New Hanover County, Brunswick Arts Council, Pender Arts Council and Columbus County Arts, serving artists in New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, Bladen and Columbus counties. Eligible projects include creating new work, purchasing equipment and materials, and participating in professional development opportunities.
