A new community board has been established to oversee the delivery of this vision. The board is chaired by Tom Belshaw and includes 13 members from a range of backgrounds, including local residents, businesses, community organisations and public-sector partners. "I am pleased to see such a strong mix of local residents, community representatives and partners coming together to help guide this great opportunity for the area. Mr Belshaw said: "Speaking with and listening to what local residents need and want is central to developing our priorities. Students on John Glen MP's summer school have also helped survey people in Bemerton Heath about how the £20m Pride in Place grant should be invested.
