An ex-con climbed an eight-foot barbed wire fence at a Florida airport and made his way onto a parked JetBlue plane, where he took an overnight nap last weekend. 4 Florida man Samuel Prescott Lackey was arrested after climbing a barbed wire fence, sneaking onto a JetBlue flight and falling asleep onboard, police said. According to investigators, the plane’s door had been left open while it was parked at the JetScape hangar during overnight maintenance work. During a routine interior inspection the following morning, JetBlue employees found Lackey asleep inside the plane. Lackey, who state officials said was on parole out of Louisiana for burglary, later admitted to scaling the barbed wire fence, authorities said.
