News ReleaseFORT WAYNE – Derek Gaff, 45, Columbia City, was sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 5, by United States District Court Chief Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography. Gaff was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release. “Gaff possessed child pornography between September 2023 and April 2025 and had previously been convicted of possession of child pornography in Whitley County,” said United States Attorney Adam L.
