The Calhoun Police Department Criminal Investigations Division initiated an investigation into both incidents on July 15, 2026. Since that time, detectives have conducted numerous interviews and executed multiple search warrants as part of the ongoing investigation. Moreland, Arcos, Moseley and Genovese are all charged with three counts of gang activities, theft by taking and 1st degree burglary. This investigation remains active and ongoing. The Calhoun Police Department remains committed to thoroughly investigating these incidents and ensuring those responsible are held accountable.
