A woman has died after falling into the water near Dunnet Head on the north coast of Scotland. Emergency services, including HM Coastguard, were called out following reports that someone had fallen in the water. The body of a 60-year-old woman was recovered from the water. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Emergency services attended a report of a 60-year-old woman having fallen in the water in the Dunnet Head area around 6.15pm on Thursday, August 6. “The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
