Hyderabad: Telangana IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu on Friday said the state government would promote digitalisation in a big way in the legislative assembly and council proceedings as part of the push for paperless e-governance.
Speaking at an AI Transformation Conclave here, he said the state government's Digital Office project would accelerate paperless governance.
He said AI, cloud computing, data analytics and digital platforms would play a central role in governance.
The state government's digital infrastructure initiative T-Fiber aims to provide digital connectivity to over 80 lakh rural households, Sridhar Babu said.
The state government in June this year decided to conduct paperless cabinet meetings as part of paperless governanceit is envisioning.
