The Boston Cone, a traffic cone decorated with the slogan “No Boston, No Party” and signed by officials of Glasgow, Scotland, as well as by Massachusetts Gov. This video from St. Andrews Society of Maine promotes its upcoming Maine Highland Games set for Saturday at Windsor Fairgrounds. Participants march in August 2025 as part of the Parade of Tartans during a Highland Games and Scottish Festival in Windsor.
