Globalstar Q2 revenue dips
[]

Satellite operator Globalstar, in the process of being acquired by Amazon’s low Earth orbiting project, has reported Q2 2026 revenue of $64.8 million (€56.2m), down about 4 per cent from $67.1 million a year earlier.
It cited higher transaction, network and technology-development costs which pushed operations into a loss.
Service revenue declined by $3.2 million, partly because last year’s Q2 2025 included $6.6 million of out-of-period wholesale capacity revenue.
Subscriber equipment revenue increased by $0.8 million, supported primarily by higher Commercial IoT device sales and, to a lesser extent its XCOM RAN system sales.
Because Commercial IoT ARPU declined marginally to $4.31 from $4.40, subscriber expansion – not higher ARPU – was the principal driver of the service revenue increase.
