A reminder: Lavonia Police are asking people to donate non-perishable food items for the Lavonia Community Food Pantry. And while there, you’re invited to drop off non-perishable food items for the food Pantry. The Chief noted that over the years, the Dilworth family and Dill’s Food City have been valuable contributors to the Food Pantry at the Police Station. The Lavonia Food Pantry is available to those in need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tax-deductible donations to the Food Pantry can also be made via the Lavonia Police Foundation.
