Within the last year, Bose has updated its flagship wireless headphones and true wireless, launched its Lifestyle Collection of home cinema sound devices, and now we bring news of yet another launch. The QuietComfort Headphones must have felt a little lonely given all the attention lavished elsewhere, but Bose’s iconic headphones have not been forgotten. Bose states that Immersive Audio can deliver a “virtualised stereo sound listening experience from any audio source”, placing the listener in the “sweet spot” as if they were listening to a 2.0 hi-fi system. Of course, we can’t ignore noise cancellation, especially from the brand that effectively brought the technology to headphones. One area that hasn’t changed is battery life, which stays at 24 hours per charge (18 with immersive audio).
