ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A new playground was built in a day at the Thomas Ryan Recreation Center on Webster Avenue. The City of Rochester and the Healthi Kids Coalition teamed up with local volunteers and KABOOM! The playground’s design was influenced by input from local children about their preferences.
