The members of the 2026 KSHOF and their families will be honored on October 29 in iconic Freedom Hall in Louisville. “The Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2026 reflects excellence across multiple generations of Kentucky sports,” said Louisville Sports Commission President and CEO Greg Fante. “Our family is honored to support the Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame and celebrate this incredible class of sports legends,” said Andrew Clark sixth-generation Hillerich and board member. Following high school, Gay’s attended Barton Junior College in Kansas, where he won the 2002 NCJAA 100-meter championship and was named Male Track Athlete of the year.
