Airbnb (NASDAQ: ABNB) shares jumped in after-hours trading Thursday after the vacation rental platform delivered stronger-than-expected second-quarter results and raised its full-year 2026 outlook.
The upbeat performance was supported by resilient travel demand, faster booking growth and higher average daily rates.
Airbnb said demand accelerated across several major markets, including the United States, France, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Airbnb now expects annual revenue growth of at least the mid-teens and an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 35.5%.
The stronger earnings, higher guidance and improving booking trends boosted investor sentiment around Airbnb stock, reinforcing expectations that the company can maintain its growth momentum through the second half of 2026.
